January 24 at 7:30 p.m.: A Celebration of Robert Burns’ 256th Birthday with Taelan Thomas

Ever wonder who was behind the song of the New Year “Auld Lang Syne”? Join local treasure Taelan Thomas as he honors Scotland’s beloved national bard & poet. Burns, a son of a farmer, published his first book of poems in 1786 and became a national celebrity. When he passed away ten years later, ten thousand people paid their respects at his funeral. As a pioneer of the Romantic Movement, he has developed something of a cult-life following over the last several centuries. Join us for a night of live music, poetry and art. It will be a night like no other!
